About the role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Lewisburg, PA financial center in Union County. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Handle account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing for customers.
• Engage in outbound campaign calls, handle inbound contact center inquiries, schedule appointments, and engage customers in the lobby and during transaction processing.
• Demonstrate digital solutions to customers to identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• May serve as a Notary Public for their financial center.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.

• Pro-active and result oriented (Preferred)
• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations (Preferred)

• Practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.
