Position Overview

Develop proficiency of basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. Execute branch leads, manage customer transactions, identify sales opportunities, and adhere to FNB policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, and making appropriate product recommendations.
• Execute customer transaction requests and leverage sales leads.
• Convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads.
• Use FNB-approved branch technology to input and maintain data quality.
• Manage and complete new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine operational duties such as teller transactions and other tasks.
• Contribute to risk management and compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
• Use MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint as required.
• Have relevant work experience and knowledge of banking policies, products, and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent
• No prior job experience required

• Organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Relevant work experience and knowledge of banking products and services
