Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with opening new accounts
  • Solve problems and account maintenance
  • Work to exceed our retail banking center goals
  • Deepen relationships with our customers in-person, over the phone, or however they choose to bank with us
  • Provide smart, friendly customer service and demonstrate knowledge of bank products
  • Help find needs-based solutions for our customers
  • Connect customers to other business lines and partners throughout the bank

Requirements

Relationship Bankers must have a strong desire to serve others and a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in banking or finance is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the customer base.
