Responsibilities
- Assist customers with opening new accounts
- Solve problems and account maintenance
- Work to exceed our retail banking center goals
- Deepen relationships with our customers in-person, over the phone, or however they choose to bank with us
- Provide smart, friendly customer service and demonstrate knowledge of bank products
- Help find needs-based solutions for our customers
- Connect customers to other business lines and partners throughout the bank
Requirements
Relationship Bankers must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Qualifications
Relationship Bankers should have:
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of bank products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 annually.

Relationship Bankers typically work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
