Essential Functions
- Provide white-glove service to advisors and clients through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Act as the primary contact for custodians to ensure smooth account processing.
- Ensure compliance with periodic client review requirements.
- Process new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and maintenance requests with accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete money movements per advisor or client requests while maintaining compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete client information in databases and systems.
- Stay current with operational updates and ensure data integrity.
- Cookordinate projects by defining expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and management.
- Aid in developing processes and procedures to increase accuracy and streamline workflows.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet project goals.
- Lead regular skill and competency training sessions.
- Support mentees as a subject matter expert in multiple operational areas.
- Encourage personal and professional growth among team members.
- Research and resolve operational challenges using available tools.
- Source accurate answers, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial services or banking industry required.
- Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Able to compile statistics and reports accurately.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects with precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire for continual personal and professional growth.
Qualifications

Benefits
- Starting annual base salary between $65,000-$77,500.
