Reinstatement Clerk (Remote)

About the role

Globe Life is looking for a Reinstatement Clerk to join the Customer Retention department. This is a remote/work-from-home position responsible for completing various tasks for Liberty National reinstatement initiatives and other clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple systems to determine eligibility of reinstatement, process transactions, and Agent Bonuses.
• Complete and track processes completed.
• Follow-up to ensure transactions processed successfully.
• Provide management with weekly status report updates.
• Routinely work on ad hoc tasks.
• Communicate task progress and concerns.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures set within the department.
• Premium Adjustment Waiver Processing.
• WOP Reversal Processing.
• Notating and processing each policy as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience; life insurance industry experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across diverse groups.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel; Access a plus) with heavy mainframe experience.
• Thorough follow-up and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of LND products/procedures preferred.
• Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
• Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
