Reimbursement Specialist (Full-Time)

Role Overview: The Field Reimbursement Specialist (FRS) educates healthcare providers on access, reimbursement, and coverage for client products, ensuring patient access to therapies such as medications and biosimilars. Key Responsibilities Engage with provider offices within assigned territories to deliver educational presentations on reimbursement policies, coverage strategies, and logistics support.Assist in resolving access and reimbursement issues by understanding office processes and payer policies.Support client products through activities like prior authorization, coding, billing, and appeals.Travel extensively within the territory, including overnight trips, to healthcare facilities.Act as liaison to patient assistance and reimbursement services. Qualifications & Skills Experience in revenue cycle management, buy-and-bill models, or medical/pharmacy benefits.Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, distribution, and healthcare policies.Strong communication and project management skills.Ability to conduct field-based education and support.Bilingual skills are a plus. Additional Requirements: High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), willingness to travel, and experience in healthcare or related fields are advantageous.
