Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and audit coordination of Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee reimbursement rate filings and appeals.
• Support financial statement preparation and budgeting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to reimbursement staff.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in Medicare Cost Reporting.
• A solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis.
• Experience with Medicare Cost Reporting.

• Strong organizational skills.
