Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and medical teams to support healthcare providers
- Implement strategies for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives
- Monitor and achieve performance benchmarks set for the role
- Educate healthcare providers on coverage processes for alliance products
- Maintain insights on local and national payer dynamics
- Build relationships within healthcare offices to facilitate product access
- Coincide closely with the company and Sanofi partners to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals or subcutaneous self-injectable biologics
- 2+ years of reimbursement experience essential
- Experience with specialty pharmacy networks is critical
- Strong proactive communication and collaboration skills needed
- Able to work in an Account Management based structure
- Background in leadership and cross-functional teamwork beneficial
