About the role

Smile Center Round Lake Beach is hiring a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We’re looking for an RDH who is passionate about patient care and wants to be part of a positive, modern office where you’re valued, supported, and excited to come to work.

Pay

$5,000 sign-on bonus with uncapped bonus potential.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care
• Deliver patient education and oral health guidance
• Maintain accurate charts and treatment notes
• Assist in diagnosing and charting periodontal conditions
• Partner with the team to create healthy smiles every day

Requirements

• Active RDH license
• CPR and X-Ray certifications
• Friendly, patient-focused attitude
• Team player who enjoys building relationships
• Passion for quality care
