About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated general practice dentist who loves creating long-lasting relationships with their patients. As a Dentist here at Dental Partners of Fitzgerald, you’ll have clinical autonomy along with a wealth of benefits. What We’ll Like About You

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Current Georgia License or eligible upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Previous experience in clinical or private practice
• Excellent chairside manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Benefits

• First-year employment guarantee of $225,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
• Second-year earning = 30% of adjusted production
• Sign-on bonus of $20,000
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
• Annual CE Budget of $2500; extensive in-house CE program
