Rehabilitation Technician
About the role
Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support the delivery of rehabilitation services at Kent Hospital. The position involves preparing and maintaining treatment areas, assisting therapists during patient care, transporting and positioning patients, and managing therapy equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas
- Absorb and assist therapists during patient care
- Transport and position patients
- Manage therapy equipment and supplies
- Perform routine clerical duties
- Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and hospital policies
Requirements
- High School diploma
- CPR/BCLS Certification
- Minimum six months experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to safely assist patients in a healthcare setting

Pay
Hourly range: $15 - $18 per hour
Schedule
5 x 8 hr shifts, Days, M-F, weekend rotation potential, holiday rotation (Minimum 2 Holiday's per year)
