Brief Job Description: paragraphs about mission, etc.
Essential Job Functions (EJFs): list of duties.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs): list.
Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications: None
Initial Screening Criteria: education/experience requirements.
Additional Information: background check, drug screen, registry checks, selective service, age, immunization, etc.
Military info, ADA accommodations.
We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from brief job description), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (initial screening criteria?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (KSAs), Benefits (benefits package described), Pay (salary range and frequency), Schedule (shift, telework, travel, etc). Must only include if real content.
We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have specific salary range and pay frequency, so Pay section is valid.
Schedule: we have shift: Day, Additional Shift: Days (First), Telework: Not Eligible for Telework, Travel: Up to 10%, Regular/Temporary: Regular, Full Time/Part Time: Full time. So we can include schedule info.
Benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, a defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement and more. Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage." That's specific enough.
About the role: The brief job description paragraphs about mission, etc. Could be used.
Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list.
Requirements: Could be Initial Screening Criteria (education/experience). Or maybe "Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications: None" but that's not a requirement. We'll use Initial Screening Criteria as Requirements.
Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements? Might be redundant. Better to separate: Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = maybe knowledge/skills? But we already have Skills section for KSAs. Qualifications could be certifications/licensure (None) but that's not substantive. Might skip Qualifications if no specific content. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they ask to use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Requirements (initial screening). For Qualifications we might have none besides "None". So we skip Qualifications.
Skills: KSAs.
Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
About the role: we have brief job description.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and
headings and - for lists,
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
Rehabilitation Teacher II
.
We need to include all substantive info. Let's extract details.
About the role: paragraphs:
"Join the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and be part of a team committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of fellow Texans. At HHSC, your contributions matter, and we support you at each stage of your life and work journey. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, a defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement and more. Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage."
But benefits already covered later; maybe we keep that in About the role? However benefits also separate. Might duplicate. Could keep brief mission statement without benefits. Let's extract mission: "Join the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and be part of a team committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of fellow Texans. At HHSC, your contributions matter, and we support you at each stage of your life and work journey." Then later about hospitals etc. The brief job description includes more: "HSCS is dedicated to building an atmosphere where employees feel valued and supported while providing specialized care for Texans in need. Psychiatric hospitals are a hub of excellence for forensic mental health and complex psychiatric care, with all facilities accredited by The Joint Commission.
