Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.

About the role

This is a direct care opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will provide a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages the overall independence and well-being of your clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a residential counselor, working one-on-one with clients to learn or regain skills for successful community and independent living and socialization.
  • Ensure medication compliance, including responsibility for safety, dosage, and cleanliness.
  • Work as part of a collaborative service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
  • Provide transportation and attend clients’ medical appointments, offering advocacy services throughout the appointment and ensuring all follow-up instructions are documented and/or followed through.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant student, volunteer, or work experience.
  • Willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings as required.
  • Driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Availability to work evenings (1pm–9pm and 3pm–11pm), rotating weekend shifts, and holidays as needed.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Evening shifts: 1pm–9pm or 3pm–11pm.
  • Rotating weekend shifts.

Pay

$19.31 per hour.
