Role Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate rehabilitation counseling scenarios for AI training purposes.
- Develop and refine content reflecting assessment, intervention, and counseling strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze case scenarios with a focus on ethical standards and cultural competence.
- Ensure alignment of training materials with current rehabilitation counseling practices and regulations.
- Provide insights into disability support planning and counseling techniques.
- Identify gaps in AI outputs and propose improvements based on real-world expertise.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or licensure such as CRC, LPC, or equivalent.
- Strong experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor in clinical or community settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and deliver structured, high-quality feedback.
- Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in counseling.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and remote work environments.
