- Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises
- Apply therapies including spinal decompression and laser therapy
- Screen/mold patients for custom orthotics
- Conduct movement screens to gauge patient needs and progress
- Absorb patient flow through the office
- Help with marketing content creation, lead outreach and follow-up, social media and email marketing
- Participate in Community Outreach Marketing
- Energetic, friendly, fun, purpose-driven, motivated, and a team player
- Strong phone, computer, and people skills
- BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification preferred, but not required
- Hourly compensation based on experience starting at $20/hour, plus the opportunity to earn regular bonuses. Depending on the person this position may also have the option of being salaried.
- Chiropractic Assistant’s license not required to apply, but you will be required to become licensed as a CA once employed.
- In this role you will be cross-trained in many of the front desk responsibilities, including patient check-in, scheduling, office tours, insurance verification and more.
