About the role
Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient rehab setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions to support patient recovery from serious illness, injury, or surgery.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to ensure safe transitions and effective patient and family education.
- Promote strong functional outcomes through coordinated care and education.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
