Rehabilitation Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses.Perform patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans.Administer medications and provide wound and post-surgical care.Monitor patient progress and ensure safety and infection-control standards.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team and educate patients and families.Accurately document care in the EMR and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.Commitment to safety, infection control, and continuous learning.
