Rehabilitation Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical needs.Administer medications and treatments.Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.Provide patient and family education.Maintain accurate EMR documentation.Participate actively in team conferences. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license.Experience in rehabilitation or related fields preferred.Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
