Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, trauma, and other complex conditions.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage wounds, and coordinate personalized rehabilitation plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient information in the EHR, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support patient recovery and safety.
