Rehabilitation Assistant

About the role

Lakeview Hospital Rehab department has an opportunity available for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join the team in a Rehab Assistant position.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care experiences and services.
• Creates and maintains a welcoming, high‑quality customer service environment for all patients and visitors participating in rehabilitation programs and services.
• Work may vary in percentage of time per function, location, and working schedule.
• Performs additional reception‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Current BLS – American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).
• Preferred: Two years of post‑secondary education in Health Care or Business Administration.

Schedule

0.6 FTE; anticipated schedule 6:30 AM–1:00 PM, 4 days per week.
