We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Northwestern Medicine". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content: introductory paragraph about mission, patient-first approach, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Northwestern Medicine". Since". We'll treat as "About the role". Then "Responsibilities": there is a long list of duties under "Responsibilities:" heading. We'll extract that content. Then "Qualifications": there is "Qualifications Required:" with bullet-like list. We'll put as
  • . Also there is "Benefits": there is a paragraph about benefits and mention "Please visit our Benefits section to learn more." No specific benefits listed (tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits) actually mentioned earlier in intro: "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits". That is specific benefits content. So we should include Benefits section with those items. Pay and Schedule: not mentioned. So omit. Skills: not explicitly separate; could be part of qualifications. We'll not create Skills unless specific. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, AA/EOE, background check, AI disclosure, sign-on bonus eligibility etc. Those are boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the AA/EOE line, the Additional Information about equal opportunity, background check, AI disclosure, sign-on bonus eligibility. Also remove "Job Description" heading maybe? It's not a section heading we need; we can just treat content. We need to keep the substantive content: introductory paragraph, responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits specifics. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Rehabilitation Aide". Not to put as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

Report treatment activities, patient progress, and/or any unusual/adverse response to treatment or any unusual incident to the therapist
But note: The responsibilities list includes many items; we might want to keep them as
  • . However some items contain colons and multiple sentences; still okay. We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. The responsibilities section originally had headings "Department:" and "Patient Care:" inside. We can keep them as part of list items. Now Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma, interest in people; reads, speaks, and understands English
    • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
    • Demonstrates responsibility for assessing, treating, and caring for adults (18-64 years), and geriatrics (65+) from a developmental perspective

    • Commute between office space and patient treatment locations
We should also include the note about reasonable accommodations? That's a statement: "The physical demands described above represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential job functions successfully. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions." This is substantive but maybe part of qualifications? It's about accommodations. Could be included as a

after qualifications. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that as a paragraph. Thus after qualifications list, add

The physical demands described above represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential job functions successfully. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Now Benefits: We have specific benefits: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also earlier: "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees." That's in the intro paragraph. We could move that to Benefits section. But we already used that sentence in About the role paragraph. Might duplicate. Better to move benefits specifics to Benefits section and keep About the role more generic. Let's restructure: About the role: talk about mission, patient-first approach, opportunity to join quest for better health care. Not include benefits there. Benefits: list tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Thus we need to adjust About the role paragraph to exclude benefits sentence. Original intro: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees. Ready to join our quest for better?" We'll split: first two sentences about mission, third sentence about opportunity, maybe keep "Ready to join our quest for better?" as a closing sentence. Remove benefits sentence. Thus About the role paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. Ready to join our quest for better?" Now Benefits section: list the specific benefits. Thus final HTML:
