Rehab Therapy Manager

Summary

The Rehab Therapy Manager is a licensed Therapist responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing patient care and daily department operations. This role ensures the highest level of ethical conduct, fostering a positive working relationship with medical staff, administration, and hospital personnel. Furthermore, the Manager oversees employees, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction metrics, and alignment with strategic and system goals.

Schedule

• Shift: Day
• Working Hours: M-F 8-5; varies available as needed
• 24 hour responsibility 7 days a week
• This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly

Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech/Language Pathologist by the State of Arkansas appropriate licensing board
• B.S. minimum
• 5 years rehab experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
• CPR certification
