Other Information MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech/Language Pathologist by the State of Arkansas appropriate licensing board.B.S. minimum.5 years rehab experience. 2 years supervisory experience. CPR certification.24 hour responsibility 7 days a week. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
