About the role

The Rehabilitation Therapist-QMHP provides rehabilitation therapy services to members, both on an individual and group basis under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy services to members, both on an individual and group basis.
• Supervise and support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Document client progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• MA/MS in psychology, social work, behavioral science field, recreation, art, or music therapy (must meet any regulatory requirements for the use of these titles, specific to the program type or location).
• For Oregon programs – must be credentialed (or meet all qualifications to be credentialed) as a QMHP in the state of Oregon.
• Six (6) months of experience in behavioral health setting.
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.

Pay

Starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Schedule

Shifts Available: Full-Time | AM/PM | Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Varies as needed | Days: Monday - Friday
