About the role

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization.
Responsibilities
- Aid in daily living activities (ADLs)
- Provide personal care services
- Administer medications under supervision
- Facilitate community outings and activities
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Health care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Pass background checks and fingerprinting
- Obtain CPR/First Aid certification
