Rehab Technician I: E.L. Residential | 3rd shift, 8 hours | East Lansing, MI

About the role

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization.

Responsibilities

• Absist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• SUPPORT community outings, transportation, and activities
• BUILD positive relationships and encourage independence
• HELP maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Health care experience

Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
