Rehab Technician

Your Role

Aid therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement.
Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment.
Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises.
Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
Monitor therapy supplies and assist with daily clinic operations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  
• The ability to assist children and move equipment as needed.
  
• CPR certification a plus.
  
• The ability to engage positively with children and families.
