We hire individuals who share our vision, demonstrate strong communication and observation skills, and work diligently to support patients in performing meaningful day-to-day tasks. ✅ About the Facilities Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full- Time Rehab Tech to join our in-house rehab team at Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation, a 109-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Residents enjoy hiking, kayaking, local festivals, and a welcoming, family-friendly community — making Marion a great place to work and build a career. ⚙️ Responsibilities Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessionsAssist residents with ambulation as directedPrepare and organize treatment areas, equipment, and suppliesSupport the Director of Rehab as neededAssist therapists/assistants with scheduling residentsSupport telehealth therapy sessionsParticipate in non-skilled treatment activities under direct supervisionMaintain sanitation schedule for therapy equipmentKeep equipment and supply storage areas organizedPerform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, copying, and shreddingMonitor and maintain adequate suppliesObtain physician signatures for therapy plans of care within required timelinesFile therapy documentation accurately and promptlyProtect resident confidentiality and respect resident rightsMeet deadlines and maintain efficient daily workflowCommunicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and healthcare team membersCollaborate with team members to resolve concerns and problem-solveAsk questions and seek guidance appropriatelyRequest and receive feedback when neededReport any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation immediatelyAdhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility policies ✔️ Qualifications Current BLS/CPR certification (or obtained during orientation)Professional, reliable, compassionate, and team-orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and work under the supervision of licensed therapists ⭐ Benefits Competitive PayDaily Pay OptionMedical, Dental, VisionShort- & Long-Term DisabilityAncillary Insurance OptionsFSAPTO + Free Birthday Holiday + Holiday PayFree Life Insurance401(k) with Company Match ✅ Be part of something meaningful.
