About the role
We are seeking a Rehab Tech/Aide to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist our therapy staff in providing high-quality rehabilitative services and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our therapy department.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid therapy staff with the implementation of the Functional Maintenance Program
- Support therapists during patient interventions
- Escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment
- Restock therapy supplies and manage inventory
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
- Complete documentation to support resident care and facility operations
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
