Summary of Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Answer telephone and make appointments for therapy services.
• Provide relevant information about clinic services.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Manage daily therapy scheduling.
• Maintain client charts, consent forms and intake forms.
• Manage new referrals and physician communication regarding patient care.
• Maintain clinic premises neat and a good working environment.
• Provide high-quality customer services with clients.
• Follow COVID sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• CNA license preferred
• Customer Service experience
• High school graduate or Associates

Experience

• Rehab technician: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

• CNA (Preferred)

Ability to Commute

• Billing, MT (Required)
