Rehab Tech/Aide/Secretary - Part-time

We are an in-house therapy team that prioritizes quality care at Lakeshore the Meadows, part of the NHC senior care community. Our family-oriented work atmosphere promotes growth, opportunities, and a culture of recognition, empowerment, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, organization, and general clinic/office tasks
• Support patients with exercises and use of equipment such as SciFit
• Walk with patients and provide safe transport to/from the gym

Ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working directly with patients, and able to balance administrative and hands-on responsibilities.

Schedule

• Approximately 30 hours/week, with flexible weekday scheduling
• Weekend requirement: 4 hours every Saturday or Sunday (flexible)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to perform mental, physical, and emotional requirements of the job
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, and coworkers
