Rehab Aide - Part Time

About the Role

Flagship Rehabilitation, part of the Enhance Therapies family of companies, is hiring a Part-Time Rehab Aide to support our growing and passionate team in a Skilled Nursing Facility | Long-Term Care setting.

Must be comfortable assisting patients, standing for extended periods, and working closely with therapists.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule
• Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed
• Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations
• File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
