Rehab Team Lead (Speech Language Pathology) | UF Jacksonville Inpatient | Full-time | Days

Responsibilities

• Identifies and assists with improvement opportunities within department
• May assist Education Coordinator with student and volunteer placement
• Provides input to staff performance evaluations
• Follows all infection control and safety policies
• Assists with maintaining supply inventory control and ordering
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor within job scope

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Licensure/Certifications: Florida Speech Language Pathologist license
• Required Experience: 1 to 2 years as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Necessary Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills, Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, Strong organizational skills and accountability to progress work, Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Demonstrated clinical ability to provide diverse treatment programs for multiple diagnoses, Knowledge of multidisciplinary (PT, OT, SLP) rehabilitative theory, procedures, practices and equipment.
