Job Title: Rehab Services Manager
About the Role
The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience with a pediatric outpatient rehab services team. This position is open to a licensed Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, OR Speech Language Pathologist. Our Rehab Manager at Wolfson's Outpatient Clinic - Lake City will be working in a pediatric outpatient setting that will include managing the team as well as clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
- Oversees daily operations of the clinic.
- Provides direct patient care in his/her area of licensure and competence.
- Oversee age specific competencies according to clinic population.
- Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years Clinical Patient Care Experience Required
- Over 5 years Outpatient Experience Preferred
- 3-5 Years Management Experience Preferred
- 3-5 Years Interdisciplinary Teamwork Required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (non-Nursing) Required
- Master of Science Preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred
- Or Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
- Or Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required
- Or Licensed Physical Therapist Required
Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor of Science (non-Nursing) degree and a Master of Science degree is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is also required. Additionally, 3-5 years management experience and 5 years of clinical patient care experience are required, along with 3-5 years of interdisciplinary teamwork experience.
