Rehab Services Manager, Pediatric Outpatient Rehab, Lake City Specialty Center Clinic

Wolfson Children’s Hospital is seeking a Rehab Services Manager for our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This full-time position is based at the Wolfson Children’s Lake City Specialty Center Clinic in Columbia County, with day shift hours and no weekend requirements. Relocation expense reimbursement is available.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience within an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation team. This role is open to licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, or speech-language pathologists. The manager will work in an outpatient pediatric setting, balancing team management with clinical care, dedicating 12 hours per week to administrative tasks and 28 hours per week to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to rehabilitation staff.
• Oversee daily clinic operations.
• Deliver direct patient care within your area of expertise and competence.
• Supervise age-specific competencies based on the clinic’s patient population.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of clinical patient care experience (required).
• Over 5 years of outpatient care experience (preferred).
• 3–5 years of management experience (preferred).
• 3–5 years of interdisciplinary teamwork experience (required).

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree (non-nursing, required).
• Master of Science degree (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required).
• One of the following credentials (required):
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist, or
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, or
  • Licensed Physical Therapist.
