Rehab Program Manager (Rehab Tech) In House SNF

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the therapy program in assigned facility/ facilities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, procedures, processes and guidelines, job description, certification requirements, HIPAA, confidentiality standards and resident rights.
• Establish facility-specific procedures in collaboration with the facility interdisciplinary team and train all therapy staff on established procedures.
• Ensure therapists provide therapy services in compliance with regulatory requirements, established standards of practice, Company policies and procedures, therapy department procedures and productivity standards.
• Ensure therapists adhere to regulatory requirements and Company procedures regarding documentation and billing of therapy services.
• Communicate and interact professionally and respectfully with patients and family members in addressing and meeting their requests.

Requirements

• Active healthcare license (preferred)
• Experience working with different insurance plans
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management (preferred)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal leadership and communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
