Rehab Director (RD) Open to COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP Candidates

About the role

Responsible for leading software development projects. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains high-quality software products in accordance with project requirements.
• Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project goals and user needs.
• Conducts code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Works closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
