About the role
The primary purpose of the position is to manage the day-to-day operations and provide direct clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Provide direct clinical care as a therapist
- Partner with providers across various settings including assisted/independent and skilled nursing facilities
- Provide premier physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
Requirements
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
- NC Licensed COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- (Preferred) Previous experience as a Rehab Director

- Strong leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
