Rehab Director / PTA / COTA

About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to join our Avondale, OH (45229) Skilled Nursing Facility. This is an hourly position with quarterly bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting
• Manage department operations
• Support clinical excellence
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PTA or COTA
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

Pay

$34-37/hr. Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.

Schedule

Part-time, 29 hours or less per week. Flexible schedule; we can consider a 4-day week.
