About the role
The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the delivery of high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. Key responsibilities include managing department operations, supporting clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP)
- Manage department operations

Requirements
- Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
