REHAB DIRECTOR (PT/PTA/OTR/OTA) – FULL-TIME Shelbina, MO

About the role

Lead a therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri, combining clinical expertise with leadership to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing setting. Concept Rehab, a therapist-owned and operated organization for over 40 years, is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to inspire and manage a multidisciplinary therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Manage daily therapy department operations, including productivity, scheduling, and staffing
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence
• Drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards

Requirements

• Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care
