Rehab Director - PT - PTA - OT

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Rehab Director (Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department in Mashpee, MA. Royal Cotuit is a moderately sized skilled rehab and nursing center offering short-term, long-term, and hospice care services to local and surrounding communities. The facility is centrally located on Cape Cod with easy access to major highways and offers abundant outdoor activities and seaside historical venues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a mentor to rehabilitation staff
• Provide speech therapy services as needed (if applicable)

Requirements

• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
• One year of clinical experience
• Experience as a treating therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department (ideal but not required)

Pay

Good faith pay ranges:

• Physical Therapist: $45–$55 per hour
• Physical Therapist Assistant: $40–$50 per hour
• Occupational Therapist: $45–$52 per hour
• Speech Language Pathologist: Competitive rate (range not specified)
