Rehab Director - PT - PTA - COTA - SLP

Overview

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR (Physical Therapist, PTA, COTA or SLP) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Canton, MA. The facility is a busy subacute rehab center located right near the commuter rail in Canton MA. As rehab professionals working within this center, we have the pleasure of treating both short and long term residents from any of the five nursing units in the center.

Qualifications

• A successful Rehab Director will:
• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide speech therapy services as needed
• Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
