About the role

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the rehab department.
• Provide clinical leadership within the rehab team.
• Coordinate all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology).
• Provide quality patient care.
• Maintain effective communications with facility/center staff, patients, families, and management.
• Monitor, enhance, and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center.

Requirements

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school. If foreign-trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements.
