Rehab Director

About the Role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Fayetteville, NC Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a salaried position with quarterly bonus potential. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Manage department operations in a skilled nursing setting
• Support clinical excellence for OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP professionals
• Foster a collaborative environment for therapists

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP-CCC
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of Director of Rehab (DOR) experience required
• Full-time experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
