About the role

As a Rehab Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a North Carolina-based, growing therapy company that partners with providers across all settings, including assisted living, independent living, and skilled nursing facilities, to deliver premier physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Requirements

• Licensed therapist: COTA, PTA, OT, PT, or SLP
• Indiana license required
• Previous management experience preferred but not required
