About the role

Campbell County Health (CCH) is more than just a hospital—we are a comprehensive healthcare system serving northeast Wyoming. Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics—including locations in Wright and Hulett; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment according to therapist’s guidelines.
• Affords assistance to physical/occupational/speech therapists in seeing all patients in a timely manner, demonstrating efficient time management and prioritization skills.
• Performs patient care activities for patients as directed by the physical therapist.
• Demonstrates proficiency in exercise, equipment preparation, and modalities.
• Primarily responsible for the maintenance of supply and equipment inventories, to include maintaining proper stock, ordering replacement stock, researching new items and placing orders for such items.
• May be asked to cover for Department Secretary to register patients.
• Provides excellent customer services and positive interpersonal relations with all team members.
• Utilizes professional and courteous phone etiquette and, as necessary, takes and properly relays accurate telephone messages to the appropriate parties.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment that is conducive to high quality care.
• Complies with the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensure: None
• Experience: Exercise experience and/or knowledge is preferred.
• Certifications: Required per Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy and Certifications/Education Requirements Policy.
