About the Role
The Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Rehab Aide, you will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities, and provide exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in operational aspects of the department and maintain performance improvement activities
- Perform clerical duties, transport patients, and maintain order and cleanliness of the gym/equipment
- Participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED certificate
- Satisfactory completion of rehab aide competency evaluation and job training
Skills
- Responsible, caring, and dedicated personality
- Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer knowledge
