Regulatory Strategist

For our client, we are seeking a Regulatory Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape regulatory strategy across Latin America, supporting expansion efforts while ensuring submissions and activities align with local requirements. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and external regulatory authorities to keep programs moving efficiently and compliantly. The position requires strong regional expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to translate changing regulations into practical business actions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Drive regulatory strategy for Latin America and support geographic expansion Track health authority requests and local regulations for relevant regulatory contacts Maintain current knowledge of local regulatory requirements and changes Lead cross-functional teams in submission activities from planning through submission Prepare timelines and manage submission documentation in Veeva Serve as the local regulatory expert for questions from other departments Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs with a focus on Latin America Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry trends Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with regulatory authorities Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various departments Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus Benefits Comprehensive health benefits Opportunities for professional development and training Collaborative work environment Support for work-life balance Engagement in a leading regulatory team Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
