About the role

Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to on-board, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more. Amazon Flex's Service Level Standards (SLS) team is seeking a Regulatory Program Manager to join our Strategy function.

Responsibilities

Ensure Amazon Flex's enforcement programs are compliant with evolving regulatory requirements across every jurisdiction we operate in and build readiness ahead of new regulatory launches so that compliance is in place before day one. Partner with Legal teams to program manage the end-to-end regulatory launch for new and evolving delivery partner regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate cross‑functional implementation and ensure Amazon Flex is fully compliant ahead of go‑live deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

Pay

The base salary range for this position is based on location and experience. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

USA, TX, Austin: $127,200.00 – $172,100.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Bellevue: $127,200.00 – $172,100.00 USD annually
